A rural cafe where you book a table, sit on the floor and make friends with dozens of rabbits across breed-themed rooms, all over proper coffee and homemade cake. Ruled, softly, by Pip.

Opening 2026 · Great Haywood
You get a table and a time, the kitchen looks after the rest, and the rabbits do exactly as they please. Gentle, unhurried, and lovely with children.
Pick a room, a date and a slot online. A small deposit holds the table and keeps each room quiet enough for the rabbits.
Barista coffee, loose-leaf tea and homemade bakes; plus a few carrot-and-rabbit specials we could not resist.
Sit on the floor, offer a nibble, and let the braver ones come to you. Our team is on hand the whole time.
Each area has its own character and its own rabbits, so every visit feels a little different.

Holland and French Lops dozing on cushions. The gentlest room; a favourite with little ones.

Nethies and Mini Rex zipping about the run. More energy, more binkies, more giggles.

Home of the king himself and his growing family of kits. Our quietest, most watch-and-wonder space.
Booking keeps every room calm, and the rabbits always say hello on their own terms. That makes Pip's Palace work for more people than you might think.
Gentle, screen-free and hands-on, with the team beside you the whole time. A lovely first meeting with animals for small children.
Plenty of people come without children, simply to slow down, cradle a rabbit and drink good coffee somewhere quiet. Ask about our calmer weekday slots.
Renting, allergic at home, or just no room for a rabbit? Come as often as you like. Our regulars get to know Pip by name.
Birthdays in the Lop Lounge, gift vouchers for the animal lover who has everything, and small private hire for a treat.
Everything you would want from a good cafe, plus a handful of specials that lean happily into the theme.
Pip is Elliot's grey rabbit with striking blue eyes and one that always sits a little low; a birth quirk that became his signature. He is calm, curious, and quietly in charge. The kits you will meet are his.

Stickers, tees, bunny-ear headbands and hand-thrown dining sets, all carrying Pip's crest.
Our two came out beaming and calmer than I have seen them in weeks. The carrot cake did not last long either.
Booked for my daughter's birthday. The Lop Lounge was pure magic, and the team were so gentle with the little ones.
I came for the rabbits and stayed for the coffee. Pip is an absolute character; we have already booked to go back.
An hour here does more for my head than anything on my phone. I came on my own to unwind and left completely lighter.
The bunny-ear shortbread is dangerous. The whole family is obsessed and the merch is gorgeous.
We rent and can't have pets, so this has become our monthly fix. The rabbits actually recognise us now.
We are still getting the rooms ready and the kettle on at Great Haywood. Pop your email in and we will tell you the moment Pip's Palace opens for bookings; no spam, just the opening date and a little news along the way.
Thank you. You are on the list; we will be in touch with the opening date.
